Our return policy has a duration of 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to process a refund or exchange for your order.

In the event of your order being delivered in a damaged or broken condition, we will gladly provide you with a replacement or issue a refund. Additionally, if you opt for the route package protection, it not only covers damaged items but also provides protection for lost items during transit.

Return Processing Duration:

• Typically, the processing of returns takes approximately 2-3 weeks. If you intend to initiate a return for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery, please note that you will bear the responsibility of shipping the item back to us, incurring the associated expenses.
• For items exceeding a $500 value, it is imperative to thoroughly inspect the product for any damages upon its arrival. Failure to conduct a proper inspection will absolve MaviGadget from any liability for damages incurred thereafter. In the event of damage upon arrival and the absence of Route Package Protection in your purchase, you are required to file a claim and furnish us with the corresponding claim number.
• Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the necessary processes, which may involve issuing a refund, providing a replacement, or issuing a gift certificate, depending on your chosen refund method.

Returns that our return center does not receive within 15 days of generating the return label are automatically marked as closed in our system. Should your return not have been dispatched or processed by the return center after 15 days of generating the return label, please reach out to us at billing@etherbasket.com. If you intend to initiate a return due to a change of interest in the item, please note that a restocking fee of 30%, in addition to any shipment fees accrued during the initial shipment (bearing in mind we do not charge for shipping), may be levied.

Returns and Reimbursements:

• Reimbursements will be processed exclusively through the original payment method of the buyer or in the form of a gift certificate.The posting of

Ineligible Return Policy:

We apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that certain types of orders are considered final once submitted, and no exceptions can be made. These include Custom, Handmade, Dropship, Elderly, Health Care, and Bed and Bath items (including mattresses, towels, sheets, and pillowcases).

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Downloadable Software Products: Refunds are not applicable for downloadable software products.

• Return Refunds via PayPal: Refunds for eligible returns can be issued back to the original PayPal transaction within 30 days of the purchase. If the PayPal transaction exceeds 12 months, a check will be issued to the purchaser.
• Canceled, Expired, or Closed Payment Cards: In the event that the original payment card has been canceled, expired, or closed, a refund will be issued via check to the purchaser.
